Words cannot describe how empowering this retreat was! At first I was very skeptical and quite nervous, but at dinner on the first night all fears dissolved as I met the most amazing group of women I've ever been privileged to meet. And from that moment the retreat just grew better with each minute, and so did I. I'm still integrating a lot of what we discussed months afterwards. I would recommend attending this retreat to anybody who is thinking of it. Caryn lead the retreat with humour, warmth and kindness, and Sue added another dimension of love to us. There is not one moment that is a standout as the best moment, every moment was special and I loved every second.
